A Chinese porcelain teapot, dome-shaped with loop rear handle, one face painted with a bird on a branch above chrysanthemums, foliage, & stones, the other face & cover both with text, with gilding at the opening of the spout, around the short neck, the edge & finial of the cover, with a red square seal on the underside. H: 5 1/2 in.(14 cm) W: 7 3/4" (19.7cm) Condition: In excellent condition with minor wear to the gilded areas.
