A Chinese, porcelain, famille rose flower pot of deep U form with flaring sides rising to an everted lip, the body brightly enameled all around decorated with a colorful mountain landscape, with temples, sea waves, distorted trees and branches, pink and purple blossoms, and a woman pointing at the waves with a child tugging at her waist, both standing. The rim is lined with a fading gilted band with a turquoise glaze covering the interior, the base with four-characters pressed in iron-red.
