A celadon famille rose dish, of shallow form, thinly sectioned and painted in iron-red to form a curved leaf with ridges extending from the mid vein towards the crenulated edge, the face enameled with a floral spray and a blossom in the center with an insect feeding on top, the reverse is similarly decorated, the straight foot with a band of sea-foam green waves. D: 11 5/16" (28.8cm) H: 2 3/8" (6 cm) Condition: In excellent condition with no damage or restoration evident.
