Two 19-20th C,Chinese, porcelain, famille rose cups, the first of deep U-shape, finely painted around the exterior with an elder in a wheel chair surrounded by five attendants below a gnarled tree, the reverse with a fisherman near the lakeside with his fish pole in the clear blue waves, the base painted with a six-character mark in iron-red, the second with deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot, brightly enameled around the exterior with children playing in a fenced garden, dressed in elegant robes of pastel tones, the base with a four-character seal mark in iron-red. H: 2 1/16" (5.2cm) to 2 4/16" (5.5cm) Provenance: estate of local collector Dr. Shawn Kingston ,Fairfield, NJ Condition: Both in excellent condition with no damage or restoration evident.
