The wooden stretcher is a modern replacement. Under inspection with UV lamp there is a fair amount of old varnish still on the paint surface with small spots here and there of retouching, in the sky, tress, foreground and elsewhere. There are spots of rubbing and old repaired flaking around the perimeters and corners of the canvas. In good fully restored condition. In a gilded composition swept Louis XV style frame, mid-late 20th century, in good condition.
