Reprint of historic WIlliam Faden map, titlted "Plan of the Operations of General Washington, against The Kings Troops in New Jersey, from the 26th of December 1776 to the 3d January 1777 by William Faden". The original has been remade at is labeled "Facsimile by F.S. Smith, Nov 1949". The map shows "Bordenton" and its environs which are of significant interest to the Hopkinson family. Heavily detailed, illustrating the Theater of War northeast of the Delaware River, showcasing two important early American victories, which helped gain critical support and momentum for the American Revolution.
