A pair of late 18th century Chinese Export porcelain octagonal plates painted in underglaze blue with typical landscape scenes, both featuring pagoda, unmarked, diameter 22cm, also three 19th century gilt and enamelled 'Thousand Butterfly' pattern plates and a 20th century example (one af) (6). Additional Information One has multiple chips to the rim corners, both with fritting to rims, the other with small chip to underside of rim, surface pitting etcm, extensive scratching and rubbing to detail on butterfly plates in particular to older examples, one with numerous hairline cracks, two with hairline cracks, all with heavy fritting to rims.
