A fine and large Japanese Meiji period Imperial Palette Satsuma censer of triple lobed squat form with three cream ground panels decorated with a landscape, floral sprays and picnic scene between an imperial blue border, raised on three scrolling feet, signed and with blue painted mon to base, diameter 20.5cm, height 15.5cm. Additional Information Very minor rubbing to gilding but overall a good example.
