A Japanese Meiji period Satsuma koro in the form of a drum on a stand, the cover with cockerel finial, with all over enamelled, hand painted and gilt heightened decoration, each end of the drum depicting a dragon, painted character mark to lid, height 24.5cm (lid af). Additional Information Lid has been broken and restored, some surface wear and light scratches throughout, some rubbing to the gilding.
