A very large late 17th century Japanese Arita charger decorated in the Imari palate, centred with an urn and flowers within a floral and exotic bird decorated border, diameter 53.25cm (af). Additional Information As can clearly be seen in the photograph, the charger has been badly broken and staple repaired in the past. General pitting marks as you would expect and scratches to the paint, etc.
