Two late 19th/early 20th century Japanese lacquer and paper fans, both with gilt floral decoration to outer sticks and both painted in watercolours with figural rural landscape (one a harvesting scene) to one side and with birds amongst blossoming branches to the other, the larger approx 30 x 54cm when extended (both af) (2). Additional Information One badly af and with a complete break in the paper and further bad tears and losses. The larger again with tear and damage to centre and left side of paper, some loss to lacquer and further general wear.
