A Chinese famille rose bowl dating from the 19th century. The bowl features 9 butterflies among flowers on the exterior; the interior features a pomegranate roundel. The bottom of the bowl features a 4-character mark. Dimensions: 2 inches tall X 5 3/4 inches wide; 5.1 cm tall X 14.6 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Overall good condition with a chip to the rim. Provenance: From Mrs. Selverston in Northern California; a family heirloom.
