三联璧选用白玉制成，玉材略带青花斑点，玉质温润致密。整体呈璧形，分为基本均等的三块拼合而成。单片呈扇形，通体素面，左右各有两穿孔，用于连缀，壁面留有不规则切割痕。三联璧是一种较为少见的壁形，始于文化期，尤以齐家文化多件，商周之后渐势微，后世少有仿制。此件三联璧造型朴素，局部带红褐色沁斑，包浆厚重，浑然一体，古韵盎然。具有鲜明的文化期时代风格。
