水天和大梵天均为古印度婆罗门教的天神，其中水天专掌水界，大梵天则为世间的护法神，后被佛教纳入自身的神灵体系，成为护持佛法的诸天神灵。水天发髻高耸，面容喜悦，头戴花冠，胸前饰项圈、长链，双臂张开，体态妩媚，跨坐在摩羯鱼之上。大梵天亦顶戴花冠，一头四面，面容祥和，袒露上身，手中持有法器，侧身坐于天鹅背上。两尊造像小巧精致，人物生动自然，坐骑栩栩如生，更兼题材少见，颇有收藏价值。
