Carl Kauba (Austrian/American, 1865-1922), bronze wall mounted plaque, late 19th-early 20th century. Possibly part of an advertising piece, depicting the head of a Native American Indian Chief, signed in the bronze. Dimensions: 7 1/2 inches long X 4 7/8 inches wide X 1 3/4 inches deep; 19.1 cm long X 12.4 cm wide X 4.4 cm deep. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Light oxidation in ridges on face, greater areas of oxidation on reverse. Provenance: From a collection in Arlington, Virginia.
