An ink and watercolor painting on paper by Chu Wenyun (1895-1939) given to Han Guang. The painting, which has a poem, dedication, and 2 seals, depicts bamboo and a rock. It has a silk backing and wooden dowels. Dimensions are: 50 in. tall X 12 1/4 in. wide, 127 cm tall X 31.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good overall condition with some creasing. Provenance: From a southern California estate, whose family moved to the US from Shanghai in 1949. The dedicatee was a family member.
