A pair of hexagonal Chinese famille rose porcelain hat stands dating from the 19th century. Each has a 6-character mark on the bottom and 6 quatrefoil-shaped cut outs on the body. Each features a poem with 1 seal and a 4-character inscription at the top. There is a 3-character mark picked into the glaze of both stands. Each side features pair of mythological figures. Dimensions are: 11 inches tall X 5 inches wide, 27.9 cm tall X 12.7 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Both are in good condition. Provenance: From Mr. Kung in Vancouver, Canada, inherited from his father, who acquired this **** in Hong Kong and had it shipped to Canada before the 1970s.
