An Italian scagliola table top, 1st half of the 19th century The circular table top embellished in scagliola technique. Around the edge, a continuous border of terracotta-coloured panthers and vines on a black background. Two symmetrical flambeau ornaments with leafy vines arranged around a central depiction of the Aldobrandini Wedding on the otherwise white ground of the table top. Diameter 112 cm, thickness 2 cm. Condition: II Condition: II Scagliola-Marmor Tischplatte, 1. Hälfte 19. Jhdt. Runde Tischplatte in Scagliola Technik verziert. Im umlaufenden Rand Darstellungen von Panthern und Weinreben in Terrakottafarben auf schwarzem Grund. Zwei symmetrisch gestaltete Fackelornamente mit Blattranken um eine zentrale Darstellung der Aldobrandinischen Hochzeit zieren die ansonsten weißgrundige Tischplatte. Durchmesser 112 cm, Dicke 2 cm.
