TARA Bronze fire gilt Tibet , 18th century Dimensions: Height 26 cm by 8,5 cm Weight: 1132,9 grams Tara standing on a double reverse lotus podest in a long robe covering the right shoulder with ornamental patterns all over. She is holding something small between her thumb and index finger of the left hand, the right hand is holding the stem of a tall lotus flower. Her body is slightly bent to the left from the waist and armlets, big floral earrings and a tiara adorn her body with stone inlay. Her eyes are closed and lips smiling, her head bears a flaming aureole.
