The Guardian Angel in an extensive rocky landscape oil on canvas 36 x 49cm Condition report: Oil on canvas which has been lined. The paint layer has suffered from losses and abrasion. Along the upper edge is extensive overpaint which is solid and opaque compared to the original paint layers. Scattered retouchings across the surface. Areas of abrasion in the darker paint passages where to the tops of the canvas weave are evident. The varnish is clear and even. The frame is in a good condition.
