此铜炉为敞口，平折沿，直颈，筒形腹，高束胫，肩颈部出双象耳，象鼻与炉身相连，呈人耳状。直立圈足，落“万寿无疆”四字款。整器呈红褐色，宝光内蕴，给人以细腻柔嫩之感，尺寸标准，手感厚重，款识清晰，实为难得一见的佳作。其风格设计有明代特征，而包浆和铜质特佳，应属清代中期之器，为清代仿明代铜炉之精品雅物。
