此件拍品为翡翠材质整琢而成，翡翠质地温润有光泽，造型修长、规整，为半体圆材花瓶形制。平沿微撇，束颈丰肩，两侧接如意形镂空耳，直腹收至底足，平底作半月形弦纹。此件壁瓶选料厚重，工稳材优，掏膛规矩，正背两面皆打磨圆润，此为工艺考究之举。清中期，壁瓶成为流行的陈设雅物，从传世品和《清档》资料可知，乾隆皇帝多次着督陶官唐英烧制瓷质壁瓶，多为装饰繁复之作。而此件翡翠壁瓶通体无纹，更衬翡翠材质之佳，相比瓷质壁瓶别有一番素雅之趣。
