款识：宣德年制 此拍品为平口鬲式炉造型，无耳，矮束颈，鼓腹，下承三足。炉壁厚实，锈蚀自然，除口沿、颈部起弦纹外，通体光素无纹，炉底落“宣德年制”四字一行篆书款。据《宣德彝器图谱》记载，宣炉中的鬲式造型源于宋瓷，为仿先秦陶鬲作成，多有寻古逐雅之意。明清时的鬲式炉，造型多端庄稳重，作郊坛殿前陈设之用，本品尤属此类。其线条转折有力，三柱足粗硕似鼎，用铜甚丰，属清早期宣炉佳品。同款鬲式炉见录于《金玉青烟——杨炳祯先生珍藏明清铜炉》，1996年，152页，图56，“宣德年制”款平口鬲式炉。重3960g
