A set of 8 Chinese famille rose porcelain bowls with a 4-character Daoguang mark and of the period. The bowls all feature flowers and a cricket on the exterior with a peach roundel on the interior. Dimensions: 2 1/4 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches wide; 5.7 cm tall X 12.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Scattered firing defects throughout all 8 bowls; one has some chipping to the foot. Provenance: From a private collection in Lorton, Virginia.
