题识：（文略）唐杜牧诗二绝。兰石先生正郑午昌。 钤印：郑昶、鹿胎仙馆 说明：郑午昌，名昶，号弱龛、丝鬓散人，以字行，斋名鹿胎仙馆；浙江嵊县人；曾任中华书局美术部主任，杭州艺术专科学校、上海美术专科学校及新华艺术专科学校教授；1929年与谢公展、王伟等组织蜜峰书社，出版《蜜峰画报》；1932年与同仁创立中国画会。擅山水、花卉，尤长画柳树、白菜。亦善诗词、书法。精画学理论。
