铜鎏金带扣一对，由钩体和钩扣两部分组成。钩体苍龙形勾头，结实牢固，颈部弯曲与钩体相连，而钩扣为方形环，两相搭配，浑然一体。钩体和钩扣表面各嵌一条云龙，蜿蜒盘曲，长鬃猎猎，穿梭于团团祥云之间。此件带扣特殊之处是采用活环镂雕工艺，层层迭迭，轻轻摇晃，灵动异常，宛如活龙活现，镂雕工艺令人叹为观止，以鎏金之质、精雕之工、皇家之气可知，为清宫带饰中之精品。带扣系古代系腰所用之物，最早始见于商周时期，有青铜和玉质者。至清中期，鎏金带扣等各种材质的带扣，逐渐丰富，渐成为权贵、地位、富足的象征，深受皇室贵族的追捧和喜爱。
