此件香盘以银为胎，锤鍱而成。浅腹，呈八出菱花形。宽撇唇外缘起阳线，盘面通身珍珠地，盘心菱形开光，錾刻蔓草花纹，线条流畅，枝叶漫卷，开光外锤碟双龙穿花图案，清晰生动，风雅清贵气息扑面而来，手法高妙之处，几可比肩笔划描摹。银制盘面錾刻的珍珠地蔓草纹及龙纹在时间作用下氧化发黑，形成哑光效果。背面为纹饰的凹面，留下了坑洼纹理的工艺特征。
