明代初期青花的纹饰延续元代的风格特点构图丰满，层次多而不乱。此梅瓶小口短颈，丰肩弧腹，胫部内敛，圈足微撇。器身光滑，胎体细腻洁白。造型规整，俊秀稳重。梅瓶颈部光素，肩部以青花绘三花卉开光，腹部通景绘海水瑞兽纹，海浪翻滚，瑞兽游走于惊涛骇浪之间，笔墨有致，层次突出，营造出一种神圣而雄浑的场景。胫部饰仰叶纹一周。
