款识：「能敬堂祭器」六字篆书款 说明 铭者简介：“能敬堂”为潘振承在南华西所建的潘氏花园。潘振承（1714～1788年），字逊贤，号文岩，福建省泉州府同安县白礁人。早年家贫，习商贾。青年自闽入粤，从事海外贸易。后开设同文行，承充行商。被《法国杂志》评为十八世纪“世界首富”。广州十三行商人，曾与两淮盐商、山西晋商一起，被称为清代中国三大商人集团，曾是近代以前中国最富有的商人群体。
