朱玖莹（1898-1996）湖南长沙金井人，人称玖公，堂号扫帚斋。朱尚同之父，近代台湾学者、书法家。幼承家训，性耽文史，治学之余，尤爱书法，以旧学根底和书法受知于同乡长辈、清光绪进士、翰林院编修谭延闿（组庵）先生，任组庵先生秘书。其时谭先后任中华民国国民政府代主席及行政院长，一时谭公文移书札多出先生之手。朱玖莹曾任第一任国民政府主席谭延闿秘书、蒋介石武昌行营秘书兼第一科科长、国民政府福建省建设厅长。
