张之万（1811-1897）字子青，号銮坡，直隶南皮（今河北省沧州市南皮县刘八里乡双庙村）人，张之洞堂兄。晚清大臣，著名书画家。是清朝道光、咸丰、同治、光绪四朝元老 。道光二十七年（1847年）中进士第一名（状元）。光绪二年（1876年），任河南巡抚，移督漕运，历任江苏巡抚、闽浙总督。光绪八年（1882年），任兵部尚书，后调刑部。光绪十年（1884年），到军机处，兼任吏部尚书。升任协办大学土、体仁阁大学士、东阁大学士。光绪二十二年（1896年），因年迈请辞回乡。光绪二十三年（1897年），寿终，年八十七岁，赠太保，谥文达，入祀贤良祠 。
