Gilded and Painted Armorial Soup Plate, probably Continental, centered with shield flanked by two out-facing rampant lions, with crown above shield containing boars heads and stag heads, riband below with motto "Libertas" (liberty or freedom), surrounded by panels containing floral and bell-shaped motifs on an orange ground, gilded rim and highlights, unmarked, 1 3/4" high, 9 1/4" diam. Restoration to center, gilding losses.
