Colophon states "This edition consists of eight hundred and fifty copies. The text has been set in American Monotype Bell at Out of Sorts Letter Foundry in Mamaroneck, New York, and printed at Heritage Printers in Charlotte, North Carolina. The text paper was made at Cartiere Enrico Magnani in Pescia, Italy. The etchings were printed on Arches paper by Peter Pettengill and by Paul and Clary Taylor in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. The design is by Benjamin Shiff. This book has been bound at Jensen Bindery in Austin, Texas." Copy no. 840, signed 'Welliver' in pencil. In a buckram binding with green pebbled leather spine, gilt title, buckram slipcase. 9 3/4" x 13 1/4", 93 pages. Fine condition.
