New Haven "Willard Chime" Banjo Clock, 8-day time and quarter hour strike movement with three winding arbors (with key), also 'chime silent' and fast/slow arbors, painted dial with black Roman numerals marked 'New Haven', bezel with convex glass, dark stained mahogany case topped with gold painted metal eagle finial, ornamental brass side strips, reverse transfer printed glass throat and tablet, base tablet depicts image of Mt. Vernon, Willard Chime paper label affixed to back, 41" high, 11 1/4" x 3 3/4". Missing pendulum, base tablet paint flaking/losses, bottom wood piece detached (but present), not observed running.
