Cast Bronze Bell, circa 1940, marked "Albertano Fondeur, La Sarraz (Suisse)", decorated with the cross and oak leaves with acorns, having the original leather collar with a brass buckle, 5" x 5" diam. bell. Good condition, lovely tone, nice wear and patina from use and age.The Albertano Foundry in Sarraz has existed since 1935, under the direction of Jacques Albertano, then of his sons Real and Franco. It is registered in the commercial register on this date as successor of Obertino. Jacques Albertano had practiced his trade since 1903.
