The piece is on record as having been done by Jacques de St. Genevieve a Paris, Chez Basset. The caption that has been painted over with black paint read: "40e Vue d'Optique Nouvelle, Representant l'Eglise et la Maison Professe des Jesuittes, au Augsbourg, Origee en l'Honneur de la Ste. Vierge, par Rodolphe, quatre en 1360". 12" x 17 1/2" overall.
