A bronze oil lamp with carinated profile and tall foot, leaf-shaped reflector with low-relief vein detailing, suspension loop to the base for the chain of the lid, short figure-of-eight chain with a discoid lid imitating a nut. 192 grams, 10cm (4"). Property of a London gentleman; previously acquired on the UK art market in the 1990s; formerly in a 1980s collection.
