简介：肃亲王善耆，爱新觉罗氏，字艾堂，号偶遂亭主人。满洲镶白旗人，晚清贵族重臣，川岛芳子生父。历任干清门头等侍卫、副都统、统领、民政部尚书、民政大臣、理藩大臣，是中国现代警察制度的建造者之一。
