Two Chinese pierced jade ruyi wand heads mounted in bronze and dating from the Ming dynasty. The deeply carved plaques depict a dragon and a crane in a lotus pond, respectively. Dimensions are: The largest lotus bronze measures 2 1/2 inches tall X 5 inches wide, 6.4 cm X 12.7 cm. All measurements are approximate. High resolution images can be found here Condition: The jades are in good condition. The bronze with the lotus setting is dented to the interior. Provenance: From a collector in Florida.
