A Chinese carved jade teapot dating from the 18th to the 19th century. Dimensions are: 3 1/2 inches tall X 6 inches wide, 8.9 cm tall X 15.2 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. High resolution images can be found here Condition: It is in good condition. Provenance: This lot was sold at Christie's New York on June 2, 1994, as Lot 94. From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
