After Alfred Boucher, French, 1850-1934, a bronze figure entitled 'Le Terrassier' (The Paver), cast signature, A. BOUCHER and inscribed F. BARBEDIENNE. Fondeur, 68 high, 59cm wide Dark all over patina, signature on the base below the back left foot of the figure, inscription to the other side of the base. Minor rubbing on extremities including hair and elbow of figure and minor rubbing to the base, otherwise overall good condition.
