Provenance: The Fine Art Society Ltd., London (stock no. 5717, October 1973) Condition Report: The canvas has not been relined. There is an uneven varnish to the surface and traces of what could possibly have been a previous composition underneath the present work. There is a cluster of small brown surface spots to the rim of the bowl at the centre of the composition and some light craquelure to the upper left corner. Ultraviolet light reveals a small area of retouching to the upper left corner and also highlights the uneven varnish. Condition Report Disclaimer
