Surface abrasions resulting in rubbed paint all around the edges, and one or two small spots of rubbed paint elsewhere, for example in the sea. A pin hole in each of the lower corners. A little cracking to the gum arabic in the fisherman's beard and the lady's boot. A long scratch lower left corner, and in jetty. A horizontal crease running along the harbour wall behind the lady. A very pale diagonal line, possibly water damage, top right. The occasional small spot of foxing. Corners a little soft. Some spots of glue and tape verso.
