A painted plaster bust of a maiden in Renaissance style, probably 19th century, simulating terracotta, portrayed with serene visage declined a little to sinister, her eyelids half closed, her hair falling in tresses either side of her neck to her décolleté, her shoulders covered by thicker drapery; above an integrally modelled waisted socle, 39.5cm high, 40cm wide Condition Report: The nose has a repair, there is a crack to the left front shoulder.
