出版|《中国佛教寺庙宝藏—常住》，藏新艺术有限公司，2015，页88-91。 |来源|德国私人收藏||观音头盖披风，高发髻，面容饱满，开相慈悲，胸前缨络满布。本拍品以檀香木髹金漆制成，工艺繁复，十分讲究，先披麻、披白灰，后上红漆，最上层再涂施金漆。檀香木，又称白檀，属檀香科常绿乔木，原产于印度。台湾、广东均有出产，最著名者当为北京雍和宫正殿之檀香林佛像，高26米，直径3米，举世无双。北京故宫藏有类似观音像，可兹参考。
