Jehangir Sabavala India, france,1922-2011 Depicts the image of a nude woman with one arm resting behind her back and the other holding the legs of a lamb draped across her shoulders. Sabavala was born to an affluent Parsi family, earning a diploma in art at Mumbai's Sir J. J. School of art in 1944. From there, Sabaval studied at the Heatherley School of Fine Art, Academie Andre Lhote, Academie Julian, and the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere.
