直径10cm；高15cm
此件痰盂盖呈宝珠形，上有鎏金，盖面呈拱形，折沿，子母口，深腹，腹部外撇，圈足。通体素地上雕朱漆花卉纹，盖面中心雕回纹与莲瓣纹，下部有牡丹花、菊花、山茶花等，枝叶翻卷，花朵娇艳；盒外腹壁雕菊花、茶花、牡丹、荷花等花卉纹。盒内及底髹黑漆，纹饰华丽美观，整件作品漆色枣红，漆层厚，刀法圆润，刻工严谨，花朵层次丰富，枝叶活泼自然，是当时的佳作。在清代，此类器物饰以繁冗的花卉纹饰的在传世品中都不多见，目前在牛津大学的阿什莫林博物馆有一件类似器。另在北京故宫博物院藏有一件乾隆款荷叶式痰盂，纹饰风格与此物极为类似，可为参阅。
