白玉質，滿紅沁。器呈馬鞍形，內外壁打磨光滑，光素無紋，整體厚實飽滿，純以材質為美。扳指，又稱“班指”，盛行於清，當與滿人善騎射不無關係。本意是射箭時將其用佩戴於拇指之上以防傷手，後逐漸從實用物演變成裝飾物，並成為身份地位的象徵。 The white jade is mellow and refined with quite full red-russet markings. The thumb ring is of a saddle shape with both the outer and inner walls fully burnished, plane and without any embellishing patterns.
