A Chinese famille rose ‘peach’ bottle vase Of tianqiuping form, the globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck, decorated in bright famille rose enamels with the spreading boughs of a gnarled peach tree bearing nine large ripe peaches and delicate pink, yellow, and white blossoms, the graceful leaves in tones of green and turquoise, and two small orange bats, all set against a white ground, the base glazed and with an apocryphal seal mark of Qianlong in underglaze red.
