Gigliola Frazzoni (Bologna 1923 – ivi 2016) She debuted in 1947 in Pesaro in Francesca da Rimini and the following year he was at the Teatro Duse in Bologna as Mimi. Since 1954 he sang abroad, especially in Monaco of Bavaria, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden, Zurich, Vienna , Bordeaux, Dublin, Cairo. It was a dramatic soprano, with a preference for Verdi roles, Puccini and verismo composers like Mascagni, Leoncavallo, Giordano.
